Custom Printing: Branded Eco-Friendly Cups
Your cup doesn't just stay in your shop. It ends up in offices, on commutes, in classrooms, and all over Instagram.
For many brands, packaging is one of the few things that actually leave the four walls of the business. Every coffee run, every to-go order, every photo shared by a customer becomes another touchpoint with your brand. That's why we love custom printing — and why custom eco-friendly cups are the first thing most partners ask us about.
Whether it's a simple logo or a fully custom design, packaging has the power to turn something people throw away into something they recognize, remember, and share.
What we print on
We print across the range: PET and PLA cold cups, hot cups, u-shaped cups, and more, in sizes from 4oz to 32oz. Sleeves and napkins too, if a printed cup isn't the right fit for the run.
Material matters as much as artwork here. PET is recyclable and holds colour and layering with real clarity. PLA is plant-based and compostable in industrial facilities. Which one is right depends less on which sounds better and more on what your locations can actually put in a waste stream — and it changes how your print reads on the finished cup.
How custom printing works
Design. Share artwork and branding requirements. We align on cup sizes, materials, and print specs for hot or cold.
Proof. Review proofs before production, so your team signs off on the look and fit for your brand before anything runs.
Produce. We manufacture your custom cups at Earth Base, our 50,000-square-foot facility in Kansas, where production, warehousing, and fulfillment sit under one roof. Many partners then warehouse inventory with us and reorder through the portal as needed.
Two ways to run custom eco-friendly cups
Most brands start with a one-off made-to-order run — best for a launch, an event, or a first branded batch. Cups produced to your spec, proofs signed off before we print, no ongoing commitment.
From there, a lot of partners move to contract and warehousing, which suits growing and multi-location brands: locked pricing on annual production volumes, inventory warehoused in the US, and every location reordering through the management portal without re-running full production each time.
The second path is the one that solves the problem nobody mentions until it's already happened. A great price on a huge print run stops being a great price when 40,000 of those cups are living in a back room for a year. Low minimums fix the order size; warehousing fixes the storage.
Who we print for
Blank Street, Tatte Bakery, Daily Provisions, Barclays, Madison Square Garden, W Hotels, Lifetime, Coca-Cola, Spindrift, Virgin, and Cisco have all run custom printing with us. Independent cafés and multi-location operators go through the same three steps — design, proof, produce — just at different volumes.
If you're weighing a first branded run, the useful starting point is your top sizes, your weekly volume, and whether you'd rather store the inventory or have us hold it. Start a custom order, browse the custom collection, or talk to sales and we'll tell you what's
